We would be glad to honor your return as long as you follow the directions below:
- WITHIN 30 days of order date products can be returned.
All returns MUST include a copy of your receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There are some items that are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You have 2 options when you make a return:
1) Straight Return: This is when you return the product within 30 days of invoice date and want your account credited. There is a 10% restocking fee for selecting a store return. If you order was shipped with free shipping the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return. Items can be returned as long as they are in their original, unwashed condition and in their original packaging. Original condition also means free of smoke, any odors, pet hair, etc.
2) Store Credit: A store credit will be issued and is valid for 6 months. The store credit is for the FULL purchase price. If you order was shipped with free shipping the original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. Items can be returned as long as they are in their original, unwashed condition and in their original packaging. Original condition also means free of smoke, any odors, pet hair, etc.
How does the store credit work? Once we receive your return we will set up a store credit gift certificate that you can use for anything in our in-stock store. The store credit is for the purchase price of the item.
Why don't we offer exchanges? Being that our inventory is constantly changing we only issue a store credit. This way you will be able to make a purchase from our in stock store and will be certain that you will get the items you want.
Package deals: If you purchase a package deal and return only a portion of it, we add up the items that you kept as if you had purchased them individually off of the website. If you purchase a package deal that included FREE bonus items those need to be included in your return. If you decide to keep the FREE bonus items we will just deduct a nominal fee for them if you keep them.

We recommend insuring or using Delivery Confirmation to be sure your package is trackable. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
3 Steps to a successful Return:
1. Enclose copy of receipt.
2. Include a note with your full name,address, and email along with what item(s) you are returning.
3. Clearly mark the Return Merchandise Authorization # on the front of the package.
